Pizza Knights is a Sacramento-based pop-up and catering company focused on New York–inspired pizza made with the best local ingredients we can get our hands on. We’re built on great flavor, genuine hospitality, and a lot of heart.

Tyler and Paloma are a husband-and-wife team who believe food should bring people together.

Tyler fell in love with pizza as a kid, sharing pizza with his family while watching the Raiders and the Kings. That mix of food, sports, and connection became his happy place. Years later, pizza became part of his and Paloma’s story too — our first date, and even his proposal, were at Federalist Public House. For us, pizza isn’t just food. It’s a connector.

Paloma grew up in a Mexican household where food meant love. Her family filled their table with tacos, pozole, enchiladas, and anyone who needed a meal or a place to belong. She learned hospitality from her parents, and that spirit is at the center of everything we do.

Together, we’ve spent over a decade in the service industry — bartending, catering, running banquets, managing restaurants, cooking pizza, and traveling to eat pizza everywhere we could. Pizza Knights is our way of bringing all of that together.

Whether we’re catering your event or serving at a pop-up, our goal is simple: to make people feel welcome, cared for, and part of something real.
